On this day of March 8, 2019, the whole world celebrates International Women’s Day. For this year, the theme chosen is: "Think fairly, build intelligently, innovate for change".

The theme proposes to reflect on innovative ways to advance gender equality and the empowerment of women, particularly in the following areas: social protection systems, access to public services and the construction of sustainable infrastructure.

On this occasion, the Director General of the National Agency for the Promotion of Investments, Mr. Anthony NKINZO Kamole, in the presence of the Deputy Director General, Ms. Rose Dorée BOKELEALE, reminded women of its structure, the true meaning of this day, namely : "thinking about the true role of women and what their contribution should be to the advancement of society and the country".

He thanked them for their presence, their maternal sense, their patience and the very important role they play within the Agency.

He also took the opportunity to sensitize them and urge them to further promote certain moral values essential in the exercise of their function as women, namely: excellence, integrity, mutual respect and solidarity.

Finally, he reminded them that they have the necessary skills, the proven skills and that they should use them fully, aspire to more ambition which will pave the way for their promotion.
