Excellency the President of the Republic,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, General Management and all the staff of the National Agency for the Promotion of Investments, "ANAPI" in acronym, we present to you our sincere and warm congratulations on the occasion of Your accession to the Supreme Magistracy of the Democratic Republic of Congo. We are reassured, Your Excellency, that Your patriotic sense, Your ambitions and Your determination will make our country a veritable land of investment, why not one of the best in the world.

ANAPI reassures you, Excellency the President of the Republic, of its determination to accompany You in Your heavy burdens by continuing, without stopping, the process of improving the business climate in the DRC and the attraction of local direct investments and foreigners, a process to which the country has committed for its influence on a global scale.

May the Lord, Our God, endow You with the necessary wisdom, beyond that of Solomon, to make Our country, Our Nation, this blessed gift, a place of peace, an emerging country.

In addition, we take this opportunity to pay tribute to His Excellency Joseph Kabila Kabange, President of the Republic and outgoing Head of State, for making the very first political change in the DRC possible. Generations to come will remember it and history will forever be remembered.
